Update – Integrated Flow Solutions West Africa Limited

In 2011, IFS’s longtime partner, Craymond Nigeria Limited (CNL) and Integrated Flow Solutions (IFS) announced a new joint venture, IFS West Africa Limited (IFSWAL) to provide local content for Oil & Gas projects in Nigeria.

IFSWAL is located in Port Harcourt (Rivers State, Nigeria).

In 2016, IFSWAL completed its first contract valued at approximately $10MM USD for process packages contracted from Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) for the “Domestic Supply Obligation” (DSO) project, a joint venture between the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL).

“The project will boost power generation ability and provide the much needed power for Nigeria’s domestic and industrial needs. It will significantly eliminate gas flaring from the project in fulfilment of government’s gas flaring policy, and attract gas investment opportunities thereby boosting this administration’s effort to diversify the economy from dependence on crude oil proceeds.”
